REFUND POLICY 

At ownstylez, our aim is for you to love the clothes you wear. If you are dissatisfied with your orders, we are more than willing to assist you. 

However, please note that we can only accept returns of items if they are in a saleable condition, with the labels intact, and in their original packaging, unwashed, and undamaged. You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving the products. 

RETURN CONDITIONS 

• Please be aware that masks, innerwear, and accessories are not eligible for returns. 
• The items must be returned in their original, unused condition within ten days of receipt in the original packaging. 
• If there is any tampering with the tags or the garment, the return request will be rejected during the quality check process. 
• If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must initiate the return within 2 days of delivery. 
• The original barcodes, tags, labels, and packaging of the product and brand should remain intact. If any of these are missing or tampered with, the quality check will reject the return or refund request. 
• Multiple items from the same order can be returned. 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) 

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. 
• The refund process at ownstylez typically takes 5-7 days.
