All orders are processed within 2-3 working days.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. In case of a high volume of orders, there might be a slight delay in shipments. If any significant delays are expected, we will inform you via email or phone.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us along with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be visible. Ownstylez cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we advise you to file a claim with the shipping company.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the product leaves the warehouse. However, there are certain exceptions to cancellations:
1. Products purchased for special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine's Day, etc., by the ownstylez marketing team cannot be canceled due to limited-time offers or shared-cost models.
2. Cancellation requests are not accepted for Official Merchandise, Clearance Zone products, clearance/flash sale products, steal deal products, etc.
Nevertheless, if the delivered product is damaged, defective, or of the wrong size, a replacement can be arranged.
